Geoffrey was more or less my first friend, besides my brother Rob.  There are pictures of the 3 of us being given a bath together when we were about 2 years old.  We did some crazy things as kids.  We threw water balloons at passing cars on Gould Avenue where we both lived.  We threw mud pies over the fence behind our yards into neighbors' yards in hopes of hitting kids that we could hear.  I am sure that was Rob and Geoffrey's idea. I remember that he became more cynical after his mom took her life when we were 13?  I forget what age.  Regardless, tragic for any kid.

He visited our business in St. Mary, Montana a couple of times, but beyond that, I rarely saw him.  Rob kept in touch with him better than I did.

I didn't keep in touch with him as well as I should have, but we caught up more after Rob died.  Geoffrey had kidney issues and had to get on dialysis.  He died of a heart attack related to having to have dialysis.  I was greatly saddened.  I will miss him always.
